It comes off that detail's price. If it's ever missed, it carries over to your next one.

Regulars on a 2- or 4-week schedule fill a card every 6 to 12 weeks. Rewards never expire.

Questions about rewards
Do I need to sign up?
No. Book with the same mobile number each time and Jude's system counts your details and remembers your rewards.
When does a reward come off?
Nothing is paid online. When Jude finishes your detail, he takes any rewards that are ready off its price.
Where can I see my rewards?
On your booking page: the private link you get after booking shows your card, any rewards ready for your next detail, and your link for friends.
Who counts as a friend?
Someone who hasn't had a detail from Jude before. They need to book with your link (or tell Jude you sent them) before their first detail.
